Arkansas State Record Deadlift=DONE!

This past weekend I put up another 3x bodyweight deadlift at the USPA Drug Tested Arkansas State Championship near Fayetteville, AR.

State record deadlift set for the drug tested open raw and submaster categories at 165 pounds/75kg.

496 pounds at a bodyweight of 165. It wasn't by best pull ever, but it wasn't my worst either, especially considering I have a fractured metacarpal in my right hand.
